Dear Interreg colleagues,

Following the save-the-date sent in June, we would like to invite you to the Interreg Annual Event, dedicated to preparations for Interreg and cooperation in the period 2028–2034.

The event will take place at the European Committee of the Regions, in the Jacques Delors building (JDE) in Brussels (Rue Belliard 99–101), on 12 and 13 November.

If you are registering on behalf of an Interreg programme, please note there is room for three participants per programme (MA/JS). Due to the specificities of the venue and the large number of invitees, participants will be assigned to three adjacent rooms for the plenary sessions.

One of the rooms will be used as a speakers’ room (JDE52) and each programme is requested to delegate one person to represent the programme in this room, where they will be able to take the floor for questions and comments. The other participants from the same programme will follow the discussion from the neighbouring rooms where the event will be broadcasted.

The three workshops on the second day will be fully interactive, and all participants will be able to take the floor.

Therefore, if you are attending on behalf of a programme, please coordinate internally which person from your delegation will be in the speakers’ room, and register accordingly by replying to the specific question in the registration form.

The evening will be dedicated to a social and networking event at the striking Bibliothèque Solvay, located just next to the event venue.

The agenda is attached and the registration link is below.
